Tell stories from all perspectives & have diversity in character design.

The goal: Increase gender, racial and other diversity in our storylines and characters at our game studio.

The strategy: Design posters of existing characters paired with new identities to spark our staff’s imaginations.

The outcome: Diversity (of all kinds) in our storylines and character design increased dramatically. Every team member brought fresh story ideas to the table, growing our ability to tell stories from new perspectives. Our content remained fresh, interesting and full of inspiration from across the globe.

Build opportunities for leadership in tech

I co-founded a hackathon that focuses on reproductive healthcare. With over 80% of attendees identifying as female, this is a unique event in tech.

Offering an opportunity for people to solve the problems they experience, these events have increased efficiency at reproductive health clinics, produced advocacy tools and influenced legislation.
